Well, I said I would keep a record of my workouts for the rest of the month. It’s not pretty, but here it is!
My instinct would have been to create a beautiful calendar with InDesign, maybe create a colour code to indicate the different types of workouts. But I’m getting to know myself well enough to know what I can and can’t do. Maybe in the future I’ll have the time and create a pretty workout calendar.
As you can see, it’s a few boxes and lines on a piece of lined paper, but each day I wrote what I did to get my heart rate up, and there it is – at the end I had 25 days recorded (there’s a small Saturday at the very top, if you can read my writing).
Of those 25 days, I worked out/exercised 16 of those days. Eight days I did nothing. That works out to more than 3x per week, whoo!!
